Demon Sea Great Plan (魔海大计划; mó hǎi dà jìhuà) was a plan by the Unbounded Demon Sect to open a demon country (魔国; mó guó) in the Nine Serenities. This plan was first mentioned as the Unbounded Demon Sect’s great plan by Gongzi Hai, Zheng Neng and Demon Monarch Anzhi.[1]

Evil Pestilence[]
Unbounded Demon Sect recruited many loose practitioners for their artificial breeding of evil pestilence plan. These loose practitioners were used as sacrificial offering to feed the evil pestilence.[2]
After being informed about this by Song Shuhang, East Six contacted the spy her demon sect has planted in the Unbounded Demon Sect to obtain more information.[3]
Personnel[]
The minimum requirement to participate in the plan was to be a Fifth Stage Spirit Sovereign with at least seven dragon marks.[1]
Nine Serenities Without Owner[]
The Demon Sea Great Plan was commenced by Unbounded Demon Sect the moment the Current Heaven collapsed on 01 January 2020. The demon sect taking the advantage of the small window of time when the Nine Serenities without owner to ensure their plan proceed without problem.
Unbeknownst to the Unbounded Demon Sect, their movements were under close scrutiny of the Acting-Nine Serenities Ruler, Ruler Tyrant Ru along with Second, Third and Seventh Nine Serenities Rulers.

Demon Emperor È[]
While the Acting-Nine Serenities Ruler, Ruler Tyrant Ru was busy transcending the Eighth Stage Immemorial Demon Tribulation, Demon Emperor È was by kept busy by Pavilion Lord Chu Two.
The demon emperor was cornered by the Seven Great Tribulation Immortal Demons under the command of Ruler Tyrant Ru. È then was sealed by the Dog Egg Dad and thrown into the Immortal Locking Prison in the Lotus Core World.
Unbounded Demon Sect Members[]

With their sect master defeated and they can’t leave the Demon Emperor Palace since it was guarded by the Seven Great Tribulation Immortal Demons, the Unbounded Demon Sect members unable to do anything else except waiting for Ruler Tyrant Song’s judgement.[4]
As they were discussing among themselves, Spooky Song appeared in front of Unbounded Demon Sect disciples.
To their surprise, all Unbounded Demon Sect members who participated in the plan sans Gongzi Hai and Zheng Neng were recruited by Spooky Song to work at his Lotus Core World for ten years. After ten years, they will be released and regained their freedom.[4][5]
However, due to their personal history with Spooky Song, Gongzi Hai was sent into the Immortal Locking Prison in the Lotus Core World together with Zheng Neng.[6]
Demon Emperor Palace[]

Using the strength of the Demon Sea and the jurisdiction of Ruler of the Nine Serenities, Ruler Tyrant Ru start to erase Demon Emperor È’s mark on the Demon Emperor Palace. At first, the arrays and the seal on the palace tried to resist. However, they were routed by the strength and jurisdiction.[6]
