Throne of Wealth Dispersal was a treasure created by the Second Heavenly Way for his counterpart, the Second Nine Serenities Ruler.
The Second Ruler needs to win 61 times against cultivators with great luck before he can obtain his own small-scale Nine Serenities World.[1]
General Rules[]
- Any attempts to monopolies the wealth will cause ominous beasts to be summoned.[2] Every time a wave of ominous beasts was killed, another wave of ominous beasts with at least double the quantity will appears.[3]
- Everyone may pick a treasure only. Once a treasure was picked up, that person unable to pick another treasure any more.[4]
- Each floor access was restricted according to the individual’s realm. However, those with saint seals can bypass the realm’s restrictions until the eighth floor, regardless of their true realm. Using cheats may allow access to higher floor, but still unable to bypass the restriction for picking up treasure.

Every 500 steps is a floor.
The treasures of the Throne of Wealth Dispersal were basically arranged with the level of treasure corresponding to the floor they were in. But it seemed that on each floor, there would be some hidden, top-tier loot. It’s a game of luck to obtain these treasures.[5]

After selecting treasures, the members of the Nine Provinces (1) Group regrouped at this floor.[6]

All those fake saints with seals from the Nine Provinces (1) Group were able to enter this floor and choose treasures, just like a true Eighth Stage.[4]
Ninth Floor[]
The ninth floor is accessible to any individual who has successfully passed the first wave of the Ninth Stage Immortal Tribulation, Transforming Mortality into Immortality.
Only Tyrant Song and his pet turtle were able to enter this floor.[7] Due to this, the practitioners in the Throne of Wealth Dispersal started to speculate among themselves that Tyrant Song’s true realm isn’t the Eighth Stage, but he actually a Ninth Stage Tribulation Immortal.[8][6]
